Almond Biscuits
Make sure that the extracts are real and not artificial!- 3 tbs pineapple juice
- 50 g almond butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp almond extract
- 1 tsp lemon extract
- 350 g oat flour
- 100 g almond meal
- 50 g shredded unsweetened coconut
Add the flour, almond meal and coconut.
Roll into balls, then press down on a greased baking sheet.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Tahini Biscuits
- 100 g tahini
- 50 g butter
- 100 g honey
- 1 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 450 g plain flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 350 g shredded unsweetened coconut
- 50 g sesame seeds
Mix the flour and baking powder, then add to the tahini mixture and mix well.
Stir in the coconut and sesame seeds.
Roll the dough into balls and press flat onto a greased baking sheet.
Bake in a preheated 190 degree oven for 25 minutes until golden brown.
