Almond Biscuits

Make sure that the extracts are real and not artificial! Combine the pineapple juice, almond butter and extracts and mix well.
Add the flour, almond meal and coconut.
Roll into balls, then press down on a greased baking sheet.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown.

Tahini Biscuits

Mix tahini, butter, honey and almond extract in a bowl.
Mix the flour and baking powder, then add to the tahini mixture and mix well.
Stir in the coconut and sesame seeds.
Roll the dough into balls and press flat onto a greased baking sheet.
Bake in a preheated 190 degree oven for 25 minutes until golden brown.
